WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
The purpose of this policy is to inform the partners, beneficiaries, stakeholders and friends of the Jesuit Bukidnon Mission District (BMD) as well as the general public how we collect, protect, and use your information as we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and personal data. BMD is a functioning ministry of the Philippine Jesuit Province.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
BMD uses reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal data collected. We comply with US and Philippine laws regarding privacy.
When you send us an e-mail message or fill out a web form, we will use the personally identifying information primarily to respond to your requests. We may forward your e-mail to other BMD team members who can better respond to your questions. We may also use your e-mail to contact you in the future about our programs that may be of interest. We will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide us such information. Providing such information is strictly voluntary.
If you complete an online donation form and share your personally identifying information, this information will be used only in relation to your donation. We will not share the information with third parties except as it pertains to the donation process. We may use your contact information to send further information about our organization or to contact you when necessary.
We cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted through said e-mail or online donation resources because no transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.
BMD does not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties.
Subject to certain limitations and conditions, you have certain rights regarding the processing of your personal information, including the right to request access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information. DONATIONS THROUGH PJF AND PJAA
US donors can make donations to the Philippine Jesuit Foundation (PJF). PJF is a charitable organization under section 501(c)3 of the US Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. PJF will receive your donation in US Dollars (USD). Acceptable payment methods are by credit card, Zelle, or check. PJF donations are subject to 7% service and 1.96-3.93% credit card fees.
Donors from the Philippines or countries other than the US can donate to the Philippine Jesuit Aid Association, Inc. (PJAA). Donations shall be received in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If using a credit card with a different currency, the donor can use www.xe.com as reference to calculate the donation amount in PHP. Acceptable payment methods are by credit card or check.
Complete the donor information, specify the donation amount and indicate the specific beneficiary (e.g., mission school, parish or chapel; high school or college scholarship; formation programs of JRH Malaybalay). Upon confirmation of donation information, the donor will be directed to the secure pages of the PJF/PJAA credit card service provider for processing. The donor will receive an e-mail notification confirming that the donation has been processed. PJF and PJAA terms and conditions shall apply.
BMD subscribes to “The Donor Bill of Rights” created by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) as described in www.PhJesuits.org, the website of the Philippine Jesuit Province.
SITE ANALYTICS
