How to Donate

Name the beneficiary

The Jesuit Bukidnon Mission thrives only with the full support of our friends and benefactors. As a donor, you are an integral part of our works because you help ensure that we can make a life-changing impact on the people and communities we serve. Through gifts, large and small, our donors make possible the daily miracles of the Philippine Jesuits and its ministries.

Wherever possible, please indicate the beneficiary of your donation as: BUKIDNON MISSION. Then add the specific mission area (parish, high school or chapel in Cabanglasan, Miarayon or Zamboanguita; Pangantucan Community High School; Apu Palamguwan Cultural Education Center in Bendum; or the Jesuit Retreat House in Malaybalay). You may also simply state the purpose of your donation (high school or college scholarship, parish project or general fund). Following are donation options for scholarship and parish projects.

Where we serve

High school scholarship

A gift of $200 - 250 per year will afford a deserving student  a high school education. This amount includes tuition, school expenses (uniform, supplies, transportation), daytime meals.

The donation of $500 per year includes dormitory expenses and will enable a student who lives far from the school a comfortable place to stay while away from home. Breakfast and dinner are included and so are allowances for school retreats, excursions, field trips, and college entrance testing fees.

About HS Scholarships

College scholarship

We support qualified graduates from our mission high schools to move up to college through our Kapawa hu Paglaum scholarship and formation program.  An allowance of $400 per year pays for monthly living expenses.

The subsidy of $1000 per year includes monthly living expenses plus dormitory and miscellaneous expenses. A donation of $2250 per year funds the scholar's full tuition at regional colleges in Visayas and Mindanao.

About Kapawa hu Paglaum

Feeding program

Our Lady Mary Mediatrix of All Grace, our parish in Zamboanguita, serves villages along the Mount Pantaron range that straddles the border between Bukidnon and Agusan del Sur. Recent harvests from the upland farms have been sparse and erratic. Thus, family incomes have been affected and the children are going hungry. Help us provide supplemental nutritious meals for these kids. We visit vulnerable communities to bring hot food and medicine weekly. Usually, we prepare for 50 children. There are days however when we come up short as 100-150 would show up. Other villages also need help.

Our funding estimates are as follows: $1 pays for each child’s ration per visit; $50 pays for 50 kids’ meals per feeding visit; $200 pays for 4 feeding visits per month. The generous support of donors and benefactors will enable us to scale up and widen our reach.
